Compassionate, Physician-Led Addiction Treatment Tailored to Your Life
  • About Adieu Medical

    A Specialized Approach to Recovery

At the practice of Adieu Medical, we believe that addiction treatment should be straightforward, dignified, and integrated. We’ve moved away from the traditional, high-friction insurance model to provide a direct-to-patient experience that prioritizes your recovery over paperwork.

We specialize in Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) for Opiate Use Disorder, specifically utilizing sublingual buprenorphine-based therapies. Our mission is to provide the clinical stability you need to reclaim your life, backed by a physician who understands the complexities of addiction and co-occurring health challenges.

    The "Whole-Person" Philosophy

Addiction does not exist in a vacuum. It impacts your mental health, your physical hormones, and your general well-being. That is why Dr. Olds provides integrated care that addresses the "hidden" side effects of long-term opioid use:

    • Mental Health Support: Treating the anxiety, depression, and PTSD that often drive the cycle of use.

    • Physical Restoration: Addressing opioid-induced low testosterone and erectile dysfunction to help you feel like yourself again.

    • Convenient Primary Care: Managing simple health needs like hypertension or minor infections during your regular recovery visits.

    Meet the Doctor

    Tyson Olds, MD Addiction Specialist

Dr. Tyson Olds operates this clinic with a singular goal: to provide high-quality, evidence-based addiction medicine in a transparent and accessible environment. By focusing on sublingual buprenorphine treatments (such as Suboxone, Subutex, and Zubsolv), Dr. Olds helps patients achieve the stability required to pursue long-term sobriety.

With a background in treating complex cases, Dr. Olds recognizes that recovery is more than just a prescription—it is a management of one’s total health. His approach is clinical, judgment-free, and designed for the modern patient who values their time and their health.

    Why the Cash-Pay Model?

We chose to be a cash-pay clinic to ensure that you and your doctor make the decisions about your care—not an insurance adjuster.

    • No Surprise Bills: One flat fee of $250 covers your visit and your UDS.

    • Total Privacy: Your records are not shared with insurance companies unless you choose to submit a Superbill for reimbursement.

    • Same-Day Control: Call us to book appointments that fit your schedule.

    Our Clinical Boundaries

To maintain the highest standard of specialized care, we focus strictly on sublingual treatments.

    • We do not offer methadone or injectable treatments (such as Sublocade or Vivitrol).

    • We do not prescribe opioid medications for chronic pain.

    • We provide a safe, focused environment for those specifically seeking buprenorphine-based recovery or support for alcohol and tobacco cessation.
